ZENDEN Group reported operating results for the first six months of 2016. According to the company, sales increased by 39,2% and amounted to 3,61 million pairs compared to 3,13 million pairs for the same period of 2015 year; revenue for the 6 months of the 2016 year increased by 40,19% and amounted to 7,36 billion rubles compared to 5,25 billion rubles for the same period last year.
In the reporting period, the company actively developed its own retail, 53 new stores were opened, so the holding's retail network amounted to 237 stores, and the total sales area - 51 358,31 square. m as of August 31 of 2016 of the year (+ 27.4% of the indicator 40 299,06 sq. m for the August 31 of 2015 of the year). The company plans for the second half of the year - to continue the development of the retail network and open at least 30 new stores.
“In the current half year, our efforts have been focused on improving the efficiency of all our business areas and integrating the recently acquired Thomas Münz shoe brand into the holding structure.
