ZENDEN has opened an educational center in the Novgorod region

The center will train personnel for the dynamically growing retail network of the company and will enable third-party students to gain business competence in the distance learning format.

Investments in the project exceeded 30 million rubles. The new training center will offer employees and partners of the company 25 unique world-class training programs that combine various training formats using educational online technologies.

“The personnel training system in the new center will be aimed at the integrated development of workers, taking into account the increasing requirements for shoe production. It is the professional staff and high competencies of the employees that will help us achieve our ambitious goals, ”commented the opening of the center, ZENDEN Group President Andrei Pavlov.

Today ZENDEN Group is a retail network of 251 brand stores in 101 cities of Russia, shopping centers, as well as modern shoe production in the country. Since 2016, the ZENDEN Group has been implementing a large-scale investment project for the construction in the Republic of Crimea of ​​a unique production cluster and a new shoe factory with a capacity of over 1 pairs of shoes per year. The company's revenue in 000 amounted to 000 billion rubles.
