The group plans before 2020 to open more than 15 shoe stores in the Far Eastern Federal District. Zenden-branded stores will open in a new retail concept that was adopted by the group in 2017.
Seven cities have been selected for the development of retail - Vladivostok, Khabarovsk, Blagoveshchensk, Ulan - Ude, Komsomolsk - on - Amur, Ussuriysk and Chita.
It is planned that the upcoming openings will increase the total sales area of the Zenden Group retail chain by 7 thousand square meters. At the same time, about 250 jobs will be created in the region with comfortable working conditions for employees and their level of remuneration with a value “above the average” in the market.
The decision to develop the Zenden retail chain in the Far East was preceded by a comprehensive study of consumer demand. According to its results, the presence of the stable needs of buyers of the Far Eastern Federal District in inexpensive and high-quality shoes from a large federal retail network was revealed.
The assortment of stores will be formed taking into account the needs of the residents of the Far East and will include more than 3 footwear items. Along with classic models and private label footwear, customers will be offered a line of renowned international brands such as Rieker, Adidas, Thomas Munz, Sergio Taccini, Carrera and Quattrocomforto.
“Network expansion in the Far East fits well with the Zenden Group's long-term development strategy. This step allows us to significantly increase revenue, and also ensures that suppliers receive even more attractive conditions for cooperation by increasing the volume of sales of goods. Thus, we achieve synergy that is important for business from a company’s presence throughout Russia in the format “from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok”, and our buyer, due to economies of scale, gets the best price-quality ratio in the Russian shoe market ”. People’s demand for these indicators is now as high as possible, ”commented Alexander Sarychev, Managing Partner of Zenden Group.
Zenden group founded in 1997 year. The holding manages a retail chain, modern shopping centers, shoe production, foreign representative offices and a number of social projects. Since May 2016, the group’s retail portfolio has been reinforced with shoe brands Thomas Munz and Mascotte.
