FASHION HOUSE Outlet Center Moscow opened the door

FASHION HOUSE Group finally held the official opening ceremony of the FASHION HOUSE Outlet Center Moscow, the first gated outlet center in Russia. According to the plan, the outlet was supposed to open on May 30. According to the official version, the change in the launch date of Fashion House Outlet Center Moscow was due to the fact that tenants needed more time to decorate their units.

FASHION HOUSE Outlet Center Moscow is located 12 km from MKAD, next to the Sheremetyevo International Airport on Leningradskoye Shosse (M10), which connects Moscow and St. Petersburg. The coverage area of the outlet center is 13,4 million people, the leasable area of the outlet center is more than 28 thousand square meters, parking is designed for more than 1800 parking spaces.

FASHION HOUSE Outlet Center Moscow focuses on prestigious international and Russian fashion brands. On the one hand, the outlet will present attractive, non-conformist examples of designer clothes and shoes for young people, on the other hand, middle-aged and older buyers will also be able to evaluate the quality of products of both new and already established brands. The trend towards an active lifestyle in Russia is reflected in the strong position of sports brands.

Among the tenants at the FASHION HOUSE Outlet Center are shoe brands such as Nike, Puma, Adidas, Carlo Pazolini, Baldinini, No One, Respect, Mascotte, Fabi, Lacoste and Econika, whose store has been operating in the outlet since September 2012.
