Arnest Group of Companies acquired the brand of cosmetics for shoes “DIVIDIC”
The deal was made in the form of an exchange of shares in operating companies that sell and manufacture products under the DIVIDIK brand for shares in Arnest. At the same time, the founder of the Divi group of companies, Yuri Kalita, joined the board of directors of Aerosol Novomoskovsk LLC (a subsidiary of Arnest OJSC).
The integration of such a strong brand as DIVIDIC will make the Arnest portfolio more attractive for partners and fully meets the company's goal to increase the share of its brands in the distributor business.
For the Divi group of companies, joining Arnest means new growth opportunities, including through access to foreign markets. The developed system of sales and distribution of the Arnest Company will make it possible to strengthen the presence of the DIVIDIC brand in Russian retail and in neighboring countries.
