Ozon online retailer, one of the most well-known online stores in Runet, will enter the cross-border e-commerce market by the end of 2015 and provide its website to European clothing and footwear brands in exchange for a five percent commission on each purchase. Ozon competition will be comprised of the Chinese networks AliExpress and JD, the American eBay, as well as Russian Post and Yulmart. The first partners will be the British and international shoe brands Barbour, Base London, Beach Athletics, Grafters, Hunter, Jeffery West, Joules, Kickers, Palladium, Toms, Ravel, Rocket Dog. The mainex partner will be the delivery partner, the delivery time from abroad to Moscow will be three to seven business days, and the return of goods will also be possible.
Recall that the Ozon online store was opened in 1998 and is one of the first domestic large-scale e-commerce projects in the B2C segment, which has more than 500 items for today to select and place an order. The company already sells shoes in the catalog of about 000 brands, including Russian ones. More than 140 visitors visit Ozon.ru daily.
