Moreover, the Federal Agency for State Supervision of the Activities of Cartels is not required to issue a permit with confidence protection, despite the presentation of all contracts. And since there are no legal guarantees whatsoever, both companies believe that in this case it is almost impossible to assess potential risks. This, in the end, led to the adoption of this decision.
