Shoes of Russia continues to develop a line of related products

Obuv Rossii GC has expanded its line of cosmetics under the Westfalika Medical brand. Sales of related products already account for 35,3% of the group’s retail revenue. 

Now, Obuv Rossii offers almost the entire range of personal care products - more than 50 SKU, the holding said in a press release. A new assortment arrived at Shoe of Russia stores in July. “The introduction of the new line is associated with high demand for these products. Our customers like to try new products, and we strive to satisfy their needs as much as possible by introducing new personal care products, ”commented Olga Danilova, head of the related products department of Obuv Rossii GK. 

Obuv Rossii has been developing the Westfalika Medical brand since 2010. The company started with one type of foot cream, later the product line was expanded to include various types of creams, care products with pink salt, various accessories, etc. In addition to Westfalika Medical, Obuv Rossii stores also present other categories of related products, such as bags, leather goods, hosiery, hats, etc. - more than 8000 SKUs in total. Sales of related products in the first half of 1 increased by 2019% and accounted for 23,6% of retail revenue. 

GC "Shoes of Russia" was founded in 2003, has its headquarters in Novosibirsk and an office in Moscow. It is engaged in the production and trade of footwear and related products. The company operates 869 stores (172 franchises) under the brands Westfalika, Pedestrian, Rossita, Emilia Estra and Lisette, as well as develops footwear and apparel brands for an active lifestyle S-tep, all.go and Snow Guard and owns two footwear factories in the Novosibirsk region. Revenue for 2018 is 11,55 billion rubles, net profit - 1,33 billion rubles, EBITDA - 2,86 billion rubles.
