Attendance at Micam and its sister fairs in Milan increased by 21%

From 17 to 20 September, 42 people visited Micam and its accompanying exhibitions, an increase of 273% compared to September 21. Organizers note an increase in the number of foreign buyers.

Yesterday, the fairs MICAM Milan, MIPEL, The One Milan and HOMI Fashion&Jewels ended successfully, at which 2000 brands presented their collections for the next season. Organizers have already revealed some figures, including a 21% increase in the number of professional visitors to 42 compared to the September 273 exhibition session.

But “above all, past exhibitions have revealed growing demand from foreign buyers,” which proves the important role of exports in the recovery of the footwear industry. The figures point to growing numbers of visitors from Spain, France and Germany, as well as a "welcome return of buyers from China and Japan and North America".
