Manufacturers of children's shoes will be given subsidies

Authorities have developed a number of measures to support the children's goods industry. Today, the list of priority investment projects for the children's goods industry includes 29 enterprises. Among them are the Ortomoda shoe design center, the Golden Calf, the Moscow Order of the Red Banner of Labor, the Paris Commune shoe factory, the Russian style of the Moscow Region, Smena, Peligrin Maten, etc.

The first measure will be the provision of subsidies to the Ministry of Industry and Trade for the reimbursement of part of the cost of paying interest on loans received by enterprises in 2013 – 2016 for these projects, as well as subsidies to compensate for part of the cost of paying lease payments.

Thus, an enterprise can compensate the first installment under a leasing agreement, which amounts to no more than 15% of the contract amount, as well as a part of the leasing payment: in the amount of accrued interest of the leasing company for received credit for the purchase of equipment that is the subject of leasing, and the amount of profit of the leasing company, but no more than 5% of the value of the leased asset.

Subsidies for the payment of interest on loans taken after 1 on January 2013 of the year can be provided in cases where a loan was taken by an enterprise for the acquisition or long-term lease of land for the creation of new production facilities; on the development of design estimates; on the construction of production facilities, including facilities related to internal transport, energy and communal infrastructures, necessary for the functioning of facilities under construction or modernization; on the acquisition, construction, manufacture and delivery of fixed assets (including customs duties and customs duties), construction, installation and commissioning; to train staff in using high-tech equipment acquired as part of an investment project; for the acquisition of intangible assets, including the acquisition of licenses and the payment of remuneration under license agreements.

With regard to compensation for leasing, subsidies are provided to Russian organizations to compensate for part of the cost of paying the first lease payment and paying interest on loans received by the leasing company for the acquisition of fixed assets (except for the purchase of cars). Compensation is made for payments that are parts of a lease payment under finance lease (leasing) agreements concluded no earlier than January 1 of 2013.
