According to the Romir research holding company, in 2017, 31% of Russian citizens spent on clothes and shoes.
Researchers note that this year Russian consumers moved away from previously planned austerity plans and exceeded planned spending in a number of categories. So, instead of a fifth of the Russians who planned spending on clothes and shoes, in reality this year 31% made them.
Within the framework of the Romir study, about 1,5 thousand people answered questions about large expenses in their families for six months and plans for them for the next six months.
