The Lisette chain of salons won the contest “Capital of Quality - Customer Votes!”

The chain of Lisette salons became the winner of the competition "Capital of quality - the client votes!" in the category "shoe retail", in the main nomination "Best Service 2011".

The Capital of Quality is the first service quality competition outside the Urals, held under the auspices of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Business Development of the Novosibirsk Region. 31 companies took part in the competition "Capital of Quality", 43 brands were presented in 5 directions: grocery retail, coffee shops, children's goods, clothing and footwear. The main advantage of the competition was that ordinary buyers acted as the main experts - after undergoing special training, 30 volunteer buyers conducted surveys of sellers in 176 outlets in the city. The prize fund of the competition was more than 900 rubles, which was formed from the services and products of partner companies.

The network of Lisette salons, according to the organizers (the final magazine “Quality Capital”), impressed the expert council with an exceptionally high quality of service. None of the brands participating in the contest (including not only shoes, but also other directions) received such a high rating.

Lisette shoe stores are single-brand stores of women's shoes, a “subsidiary” project of Rossita, the federal shoe network that is one of the ten largest Russian shoe market operators.

Rossita was created in 1992 year. The company has 34 own stores in six cities of Russia: Irkutsk, Krasnoyarsk, Novokuznetsk, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Tyumen. The retail network includes three formats of stores: Rossita shoe halls - a multi-brand shoe store for the whole family; shoe stores Lisette - monobrand shoe store for women; economy class store "Rossita-Econom".

In addition to retail, the company develops wholesale and franchising in many large cities of Russia and neighboring countries. The company produces its own brands of shoes: the Lisette, Stella Mazarini women's collection and the Rob Roy men's collection. Own production is located in Russia, Slovakia, Italy, China.
