Kotofey chain may increase by 25 stores by the end of the year
In the first six months of 2018, 15 new outlets appeared in the Kotofey children's shoe store chain. Brand stores opened in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kolomna, Bryansk, Veliky Novgorod, Vladikavkaz.
The company Egorievsk-Obuv, which produces children's shoes under the Kotofey brand, expects the opening of 10 new brand stores by the end of the year.
According to the director of marketing for Egorievsk-Obuv company Andrei Kapusta, the overall sales growth of the Kotofey brand since the beginning of the year amounted to 7%, while the share of shipments to the company network in the sales structure increased by 4%.
Retail “Kotofey” offers a wide range of children's shoes, both in terms of variety of models and in terms of length of size range. Recently, the supply of related products has also been developing dynamically in the brand's retail stores. The traditional footwear and hosiery products were supplemented with hats, thermal underwear, backpacks and bags, sunglasses and watches.
Retail “Kotofey” is developing according to franchising and currently has 141 store.
Shoe factory "Egorievsk-shoes" founded in the Moscow city of Yegoryevsk 1935 year. It specializes in the production of children's shoes under its own brand name “Kotofey”. At the beginning of the 2017, Egorievsk-Obuv acquired a production site in Syzran, thanks to which the production capacity of the enterprise increased to 3,5 million pairs of shoes per year. In addition to the new factory in Syzran, the Yegoryevsk-Obuv company owns three more full-cycle production sites in Russia, which are located in the cities of Yegoryevsk, Kursk, and Zaraysk. The company also places orders for the production of shoes and accessories at third-party factories - in China, Italy, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
