Manolo Blahnik opened a boutique with a unique service

Harrods (the largest department store in London) has opened a new boutique of the iconic footwear brand Manolo Blahnik with a collection of women's shoes, featuring a selection of men's fashion shoes at the Men's Shoe Salon. The luxury boutique has brought together the most coveted pieces specially selected for Harrods, including exclusive BB pumps in blue and red crocodile leather and Driver moccasins in purple python leather.

In addition, only in the boutique will a unique service be provided: the ability to order an individual color, material and finish of a favorite pair of shoes, in consultation with a professional. All this will satisfy the needs of the most demanding connoisseurs of unique shoes made of exquisite materials and the most interesting colors.

Circles and polka dot patterns have always been Manolo's favorites, and this season he is playing with the idea of rounded cuts, from which the foot flirts out, with the ORLO model. Clean lines and sharp cutouts create an elegant MOLO silhouette. The designs inspired by Juan de Valdes Leal's paintings by Manolo are reminiscent of the designer's passion for decorating the leg. Among them are the simple pointed EUFRASIA and GOTRIAN pumps, intricately decorated with rhinestones and pearls on the toes. Manolo is especially fond of the PITITA model - black satin pumps with contrasting decorative details made of lizard leather on the sides. The whimsical shape, as if sketched from art books, makes the ORLANDA model stand out - pumps with a raised pleated insert. The collection also features many models that never lose their relevance, shoes that only become more valuable over the years.

The variation of the classic Mary Jane CAMPARI shoes in the new season is equipped with sharper capes, thinner heels, silver toe and, accordingly, a new name - CAMPARICAP. Also among the new products destined to become classics are NEUROTICA pumps with round toes and a wide massive heel in a contrasting color.

Men's footwear will reappear in the fall-winter-2012-2013 collection: among the models - CHELSEA in classic colors, two-tone MANOLO made of bright soft leather and MARIO velvet evening shoes in deep dark blue. Fashiontime.ru writes about it.
