SEC Tsvetnoy topped the ranking of unique SECs

The experts of the international consulting company Knight Frank have compiled a rating of unique shopping centers in the capital region based on a study of retail property. The list was determined by a number of parameters: external and internal architectural and design solutions, a pool of tenants, the availability of original retail operators, entertainment, marketing campaigns.

Each parameter was assigned a weight coefficient depending on its role in the formation of a unique image of the object. So, for example, first of all, visitors pay attention to the composition of tenants and the entertainment component of shopping centers. At the same time, architectural forms and interior design have less impact on them.

As a result, the first three of the rating included the Tsvetnoy shopping center, GUM and Vegas shopping center on the Kashirskoye highway. The first one is distinguished by original content: most of its tenants are exclusively represented in the complex, many brands are presented in an unusual format.

The second place was taken by the GUM cultural heritage site. Many architectural elements of the complex have been preserved since its construction in the 1893 year. Today, the popularity of the complex is due to a combination of shops of the best world brands, restaurants, marketing campaigns and numerous cultural events.

Closes the TOP-3 SEC "Vegas". The shopping areas of the complex are designed in their own theme. The mall is notable for its rich entertainment infrastructure and a children's amusement park with an 18-meter Ferris wheel.
