The first Mandarin open-air shopping center in Russia has opened in Sochi. The complex is located in the Adler district of Sochi, on the Black Sea, near the International Airport and Sochi Olympic Park 2014.
The total area of the shopping and entertainment center is 33 square meters, the leasable area is 000 square meters. The concept of "open-air mall" implies a new philosophy of entertainment, shopping, recreation and family entertainment. The design project was created with the participation of The Jerde Partnership.
The complex is represented by an ensemble of nine detached buildings and a 37-meter panoramic tower, united by common architectural and landscape solutions, a system of pedestrian bridges and terraces. Visitor access to the complex will be open around the clock.
The shopping gallery of the mall in the open air is represented by more than 60 stores. To date, lease agreements for more than 70 percent of the space have been signed. The volume of investment in the project amounted to over 100 million dollars.
