Lamoda revenue up 111,8%

The Swedish Kinnevik Foundation has published the financial results of the Rocket Internet projects. According to the results of the first half of the year, the revenue of the Internet retailer Lamoda grew by 111,8%, to 3,8 billion rubles. The total volume of store orders increased by 102,7%, to 1,68 million units.

In the reporting period, the number of users of the Russian Lamoda project increased by 131,6% year on year, and amounted to 2 million people. At the same time, the share of active users is 1,4 million people, which is 98% more than in the same period last year.

At the same time, negative EBITDA amounted to 1,26 billion rubles, compared with 941,2 million rubles a year earlier. Lamoda's capital expenditures in the reporting period amounted to 186,2 billion rubles, an increase of 88,46%.

Recall that the online store Lamoda, specializing in the sale of clothing, was launched in 2011. Among the investors of the online retailer are Access Industries Leonadr Blavatnik, Holtzbrinck Ventures, Kinnevik, International Finance Corporation and others.
