According to the organizers, several dozen companies took part in the online job fair. Most vacancies were noted in the retail sector, wholesales, top management and manufacturing. In general, the structure of the vacancies provided has become an illustration of the labor market of the fashion industry, where the demand for representatives of retail workers is traditionally high and growing, manufacturing companies are gradually increasing production volumes. Most often, job seekers were interested in job vacancies in the retail sector. “Since the event was, among other things, for informational purposes, we expect an increase in the number of calls to the personnel departments of the companies of the participants,” the organizers of the event emphasize. The first job exhibition became interesting for both job seekers and employers. As a result, the fair organizers received a significant number of applications for participation from new companies, as well as from participants in the first job exhibition.
