Alexander Rogov became the face of the Ozon advertising campaign in the fashion category

After participation in the advertising campaign of the Russian shoe chain Kari This spring, stylist and TV presenter Alexander Rogov will appear in an Ozon commercial.

As part of cooperation with Ozon, he will take part in federal advertising campaigns, SMM integrations, and digital special projects dedicated to the apparel and footwear category. Ozon focuses on the development of the apparel and footwear category and will invest more than 2022 billion rubles in its development in 1. More than 30 entrepreneurs and brands sell clothes, shoes and accessories on Ozon. The goal of the marketplace is to triple turnover in the category by the end of the year, and in the medium term to become a leader among online retailers in the fashion category, says Ozon in a press release. 

Rogov's popularity among retailers is justified by marketing analytics. A study conducted by Ozon showed that Alexander Rogov is easily recognized by the target audience of the clothing and footwear category. For half of the respondents, the stylist has a positive response, they trust his expert opinion, and more than a quarter believe that style advice from Rogov with the selection of goods on Ozon will lead to purchases on the site.

Many years of experience as the host of his own fashion and style shows gives him the status of a fashion expert and the trust of a wide audience. This is exactly what Ozon needs to attract as many fashion shoppers to the platform as possible,” says Maria Nikolaeva, Ozon Marketing Communications Director. 

Together with Ozon, Alexander Rogov will hold the Dress Up Game contest. It will be held from 1 to 17 July on the social network VK. Participants will need to post a carousel or collage of photos in different looks with the hashtag #ozon_summer_dressing and subscribe to an Ozon account. Alexander will personally choose the winner on July 26. The main prize is shopping on Ozon with a star stylist for 100 rubles. The prize fund also consists of 000 promotional codes with a face value of 6 to 3 points for purchases on Ozon.
