ANCI named the most “viral” Italian footwear commercial

Italian actress Maddalena Monti won the viral video contest I Love Italian Shoe video tag. The competition, in which it was necessary to explain their love for Italian shoes, was established by the Italian Association of Footwear Manufacturers ANCI, the winners were awarded on 5 on March.

The aim of the competition is to draw attention to Made in Italy shoes and create a series of videos designed for viral distribution. Especially for the contest, a TV channel on the Internet was created.

Maddalena Monti has a bachelor's degree in philosophy and a diploma from the Theater School of Turin. Now she collaborates with the theater company Il Mulino di Amleto. “Signora Monti won because she was able to tell in an innovative and creative way how Italian shoes are seductive,” says ANCI trendsetter Aldo Premoli, “we also paid attention to direction, good play and history.” The video begins with Maddalena aleatherg the shoes who wants to go with her today, and they introduce themselves in turn, inviting her to choose them, and the hostess doubts: “You are cool, but too athletic ... next time”, “I know that you adore this dress, but today I prefer another ... ". She stops her choice on black shoes with banana heels in the style of 60's. The video ends with a description of all the participating pairs. Talking about the real viral effect is still difficult, the number of views is minimal, but for the shoe industry - this is one of the first examples of an integrated approach to promotion using video.
