Balenciaga and Adidas launch collaboration

Called "Balenciaga/Adidas", the collection aims to bring together the archives of both brands to reimagine each one's DNA. The inspiration for the designers was the fashion of the late 90s and early 2000s, writes Footwearnews.com.

The colors of the Balenciaga-Adidas collaboration are black, red and white, with splashes of blue and grey. The collection includes sportswear - t-shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, socks and sports jackets with various logos, mostly with "Balenciaga" lettering with trefoil and Adidas branded stripes. It is also complemented by a mini dress, leggings, wide jeans and a down jacket.

In addition to clothing, the collection includes sneakers.

The first pair is an updated version of the iconic Balenciaga model - Triple S in several color options - in blue and white / black, a combination of gray and cream. It features a mesh upper with leather overlays, a foam sole, a round toe and striped laces. The Balenciaga logo is paired with Adidas' signature 1100-Stripes in the shoe's design. The price of a pair of sneakers is $XNUMX.

The second pair of collaboration shoes is an interpretation of sneakers - socks. The Speed Sock model is priced at $995. Distinctive features of the model are a thick sole and a fabric upper made of stretch material that resembles a sock. The same three Adidas stripes, as well as the shamrock and Balenciaga inscription, give the sneakers a sporty flair.
