Camper introduced a special collection of shoes Ocean Race Collection

Camper organized a discussion at the Spanish Design Festival with Elizabeth Manzi, Camper brand director, and world-renowned graphic designer Mark Farrow, specially invited to Camper Day.

Camper's partnership with Mark Farrow has been one of the highlights this year for the brand. It was his studio that was entrusted with the design of the sail of the yacht Camper, which participates in the Volvo Ocean Race. Camper's participation in the Volvo Ocean Race is an ambitious project for the company, as Camper is the only small family business that participates in the regatta alongside such giants as PUMA, DHL, IWC, Volvo and others. Emirates Team New Zealand brings together experienced athletes who have won sailing regattas more than once.

Elisabetta Manzi has been with Camper since 2008. Her professional experience is over 15 years in international marketing in various fields, from automobiles to fashion brands. Elisabetta presented the Camper brand projects in different design areas to the panellists. In addition to the original line of Camper shoes, which are invented by the designers of the brand, Camper creates collections together with famous designers such as Veronique Brancino, Bernard Wilhelm, Maria Bless. Elisabetta also mentioned that every Camper store is a design object.

Mark Farrow began his career back in 1983 and became famous for the design of the Pet Shop Boys album cover in the mid-80s. Today, Mark is one of the most awarded graphic designers in the world: he is the owner of 9 D&AD pencils, 2 Grammy nominations, 10 Music Week CAD nominations and 2 gold awards from the European Creative Directors Club. Mark shared with the audience his impressions of the project with Camper, calling it a "dream project". He showed how he designed the graphics for a 30 x 20 meter sail. The idea was that as the yacht moves, the drawing should change, while remaining complete and logical. For Mark, working on the sail was one of the most interesting and exciting of his career. This project was included in the annual list of "100 best things in the world" by GQ in 2010.

During Camper Day, the brand introduced the Ocean Race Collection (ORC), a special shoe collection created for the Volvo Ocean Race project. This is a professional shoe that combines all the necessary qualities for making long sailing regattas.

Today, CAMPER is a Spanish shoe company that maintains a stable level of tradition and quality and continues to develop its shoe line through innovation. Camper is sold in all the fashionable cities of the world, from Paris and Milan to Sydney and Tokyo.
