Polish footwear retailer CCC Group has equipped 750 CCC stores in Central Europe with electronic kiosks. In addition, the group announced the launch of the ccc.eu online platform in Greece and Croatia, writes Worldfootwear.com.
750 CCC shoe retailers located in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania boast electronic kiosks that allow shoppers to check the availability of the right size and find other items presented in the brand's online store using a tablet with the CCC app.
Selected shoes or accessories can be tried on immediately, and if the product is not in the store, the buyer can order it on the tablet with home delivery. “At CCC, we focus on multichannel - we want to be accessible wherever our client is, where he loves to shop. The online and offline worlds are increasingly intertwined. Consumers appreciate the variety of online offerings. At the same time, they want to be able to see the product and try it on before purchasing. Electronic kiosks in stationary stores are exactly the solution that unites the virtual and real worlds, ”commented Jakub Grzelak, managing director of retail trade at CCC Group.
Another news of the company was the entry of the online store CCC.eu into the Croatian and Greek markets. The Group considers Croatia and Greece to be important markets with high development potential in the e-commerce segment and intends to adapt the collection to local preferences. This year the CCC online store debuted in Slovenia, Bulgaria, Ukraine and, just a few weeks ago, in Russia.
