Tajikistan n increases footwear production
As in most post-Soviet republics, in Tajikistan imported goods dominate in the clothing and footwear market. However, now the Ministry of Energy and Industry reports that its own production of leather products has grown by 41% since the beginning of the 2012 year. The production of the leather itself has more than doubled. According to official figures, the total volume of leather products is approaching $ 2 million.
