The Danish shoe company Esso has become a leader in the clothing / footwear category as part of the 2013 Customer Oriented Business Award. The competition was held by the Customer Loyalty and Client-Centricity Association (CLIC), the purpose of which is to promote the development of the market for loyalty programs and customer experience management, as well as the development of ethical standards and professional standards of customer service in Russia. It was attended by more than 150 of the largest network companies in Russia.
Based on the results of a survey of the Internet audience and a subsequent expert assessment of Esso participants, 10 leaders were selected in each of the industries.
