Ekonika increased its share in 2Mood business

The structure of the shoe retailer Ekonika has increased its stake in Dva Moods LLC, the managing company of the clothing, footwear and accessories brand 2Mood, from 5% to 25%, Kommersant writes with reference to SPARK-Interfax data.

The main owner of the network, Sergey Borisov, gave up his 7,63%, who left 27,8%, Kristina Khoronzhuk and Ekaterina Gayur, the creators of the brand, allocated 6,19% each to the investor (they now have 22,59% each in Two Moods LLC) , - notes the publication.

A Kommersant source in the retail market says that Ekonika has several more options to increase its share in 2Mood, but a decision on their execution has not yet been made. According to him, the clothing brand is ready to increase the share of a new partner in exchange for investments in expanding the number of offline stores. Now the brand has nine points of sale in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg and Rostov-on-Don.

Under the 2Mood brand, clothes, shoes and accessories are produced in the “medium plus” price category. The catalog of shoes includes feminine sandals and shoes at a price of about 13 - 15 thousand rubles per pair, as well as sneakers at a price of 9980 rubles and summer cowboy boots for 22 rubles.
