Flagship H&M opens in Actor Gallery in Moscow
The international brand of fashionable clothes H&M will become the tenant of the capital's shopping gallery TDC "Gallery Actor" on Tverskaya. H&M flagship store in Moscow will occupy about 5 sq. m and will be located on three floors of the complex. The store will open its doors to its first visitors in May 000.
Shopping and business center "Gallery Actor" with a total area of about 18 sq. m is an investment asset of the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan and one of the landmark commercial real estate objects in the capital. The complex is commercially managed by Cushman & Wakefield.
“During the acquisition of the Actor Gallery building in 2012, we foresaw the future potential of this asset and its additional value to be gained. The opening of the flagship store of such an iconic international brand as H&M is proof of the success of our long-term long-term program to reposition this building, ”comments Ruslan Alekperov, Head of Real Estate Investment at the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan.
