FFMS registered the debut issue of Obuvrusus bonds in the amount of 700 million rubles

The Federal Service for Financial Markets has registered the first issue of Obuvrus.

The issuer plans to place 3-year bonds denominated in 1 thousand rubles by open subscription to the MICEX SE. Early repayment of bonds is not provided.

The main activities of the Obuv Rossii GC are shoe retail and wholesale footwear. Currently, the company is developing two retail chains - discounters “Pedestrian shoe factory” and single-brand stores “Westfalika”. The company's turnover in 2010 amounted to 1,568 billion rubles.
