Over the six months of 2018, the Obuv Rossii group of companies opened 71's own store in the 61 city of Russia. Obuv Rossii manages five retail brands, but its main focus is on developing the Westfalika chain of stores.

“We are consistently implementing a network development program for this year, which involves the opening of 100 new outlets, and even ahead of schedule. Initially, we planned to launch 60 stores in the first half of the year, however, we exceeded the plan by 20% and opened the 71 store. This will allow us to fully implement the development program for the 2018 year by the fall-winter season, ”comments Anton Titov, director of the Obuv Rossii group of companies. - This has become possible due to the fact that now is a good time for expanding retail and in the regions there is a large selection of optimal platforms for placing stores. In addition, the Russian shoe market is poorly consolidated, federal and global networks are poorly represented in many regions, so there are great opportunities to strengthen our position in the regions and increase our market share. ”

The company launched new stores across the country, with more openings in Siberia - 48%, in the Urals and Central Russia - in 22%, and in the Far East - 7%. Obuv Rossii develops all five retail chains within the group. The largest share (72%) in the overall structure of store openings in the 1 half of the year belongs to the main brand - Westfalika. Thus, the group opened Westfalika's 51 store, Lisette and Pedestrian on 7, Emilia Estra and Rossita on 3.
