The Italian company Tod's, a well-known manufacturer of leather shoes and accessories, buys the French luxury brand Roger Vivier, which has been successfully manufacturing and selling shoes since 2011. With a turnover of € 112,1 million for the first nine months of the year, Roger Vivier is the group’s most profitable brand. The cost of the operation is estimated at 415 million euros, 207,5 of which the private company Gousson Consultadoria e Marketing Srl, which owned the Roger Vivier brand, committed to invest in Tod's. In the same way, Tod's plans to buy the French company, managing the flagship Roger Vivier in Paris, providing the group with ultimate brand ownership.
