Italian shoes are sewn in Moldova

The Italian financial police have seized a batch of counterfeit shoes. During the detention operation in Ancona, 7 people were arrested, the damage is estimated at 2 million euros. The police found out that shoes under the brands Boston, Capri, Barbie were sold in large wholesale lots under the guise of shoes from the "Italian Marche region", although in fact they were produced in Moldova. The wholesale price was 30-35 euros, the retail price was 60-80 euros. By the time of the arrest, there were about 50 pairs of shoes at various stages of production and assembly.
The Italian financial police seized a shipment of counterfeit shoes.
