Italians may lose up to 2 billion euros

Italian fashion and Italian shoe manufacturers may lose up to 2 billion euros due to the cessation of supplies to Russia. In addition, European sanctions against Russia, according to the National Association of Italian Footwear Manufacturers Assocalzaturifici, could lead to the cessation of activity of about 400 shoe firms. Italian textile workers are also sounding the alarm about possible losses caused by the boycott, since Russia is one of the main directions of their export. Only in the first half of the year it decreased by 10%, including due to the devaluation of the Russian national currency.
