At the moment, the number of anchor tenants of the Suvorovsky shopping center already includes such operators as the Perekrestok grocery supermarket (1400 sq. According to studies, among the administrative centers of the Central Federal District, Kaluga is one of the cities characterized by steady growth in purchasing power over the past few years. The average salary in Kaluga is 28 223 rubles per month, which is a quarter higher than the average for Russia. Naturally, such potential solvent demand arouses interest from large retailers.
