At the moment, the number of anchor tenants of the Suvorovsky shopping center already includes such operators as the Perekrestok grocery supermarket (1400 sq. M.), The Uuterra home goods hypermarket (1050 sq. M.), The DSN household appliances store (530 sq. M.) m), children's goods store "Korablik" (750 sq. m).

Alexey Alekseev, senior consultant of the retail real estate department at Cushman & Wakefield, comments: “The concept of the Suvorovskiy shopping center is based on the focus on the family format, which involves attracting tenants whose offers are interesting to all categories of buyers - both from a demographic point of view and from a level income.

According to studies, among the administrative centers of the Central Federal District, Kaluga is one of the cities characterized by steady growth in purchasing power over the past few years. The average salary in Kaluga is 28 223 rubles per month, which is a quarter higher than the average for Russia. Naturally, such potential solvent demand arouses interest from large retailers.
