Kari has closed the pool of tenants of the "Yaroslavl Vernissage"

The Kari flagship with an area of 485 square meters was opened in the Yaroslavsky Vernissage shopping and entertainment complex.

Shopping and entertainment complex "Yaroslavsky Vernissage", the total area of which is 43 sq. m, opened in 200, and today there are no vacant areas.

Nadezhda Tsvetkova, Deputy Director of Retail Real Estate Department, CBRE: “The fact that tenants are showing great interest in opening their stores in the Yaroslavsky Vernissage shopping and entertainment complex testifies to its high attractiveness for operators even in the current difficult economic conditions. It is all the more gratifying to see that after more than eight years since its opening, Yaroslavsky Vernissage is completely filled with tenants and there are always many buyers in it. Yaroslavl residents took this shopping and entertainment center seriously and for a long time. MirLand Development Corporation is planning to develop this facility and has already started the implementation of the second stage of Vernissage. I am sure that in the near future we will be able to attract even more new anchor tenants to this project ”.
