The leaders of St. Petersburg assure that Chinese factories will produce inexpensive goods according to the highest quality standards and the most advanced technologies.
“The most important thing is that they offer technologically advanced equipment of the highest quality,” commented Vyacheslav Makarov, Chairman of the St. Petersburg Legislative Assembly. “Previously, Chinese businessmen worked for quantity, and now they are already working for quality.”
