The sports brand has demonstrated Netfit's new technology, a customizable lacing system that offers many options on how to lace up sneakers. This technology also optimizes the process of fitting shoes to the foot, writes Footwear News.
Netfit technology extends to more than one single shoe style from Puma, the company said that they will use this technology for several models of sports shoes. Although the lacing possibilities are endless, the company has developed five lacing options for running sneakers: “standard” - for runners who require minimal support; “Stability” - for runners who need additional support; “Wide leg” - for runners with a wide foot who need more space in shoes; “Narrow leg” - for runners with a narrow foot; "Heel support" - for runners who need more tight support in the heel area.
Puma Speed Ignite Netfit running shoes are already available at puma.com for $ 140.
Other models equipped with new lacing technology will appear in the next three months. 10 May Puma Launches 365 EvoKnit Netfit Running Shoes Model. Ignite Netfit and Tsugi Netfit models will appear on June 1. In July, consumers will be able to buy Ignite Limitless Netfit, Tsugi Netfit, the 365 Netfit and EvoSpeed Indoor Netfit sneakers.
