Mandarina Duck Introduces SS2017 New Collection

The Italian brand Mandarina Duck presented in Moscow the spring-summer 2017 collection. The collection is very large, includes a wide range of bags, backpacks, suitcases, bags and travel accessories, wallets, wallets, as well as a separate business line for men. The color scheme of the collection of the coming summer pleases with bright, positive colors - scarlet, canary yellow, orange, coral, burgundy, blue and fuchsia. There are leather with the effect of "metallic", gold and silver, and of the classic - bags and backpacks in black, white, light gray and dark blue. The collection’s decoration was a series of Baby Biker bags with a reflective insert, the bags are presented, as many bag brands practice now, in three sizes - large, medium and small so that every lady can choose the best option for herself. Another feature of the new collection: some of the models are transformer bags, which can also be worn as an elegant backpack. The creation of such bags is following the current fashion trend of comfort, versatility and multifunctionality.

The travel series Mandarina Duck, created for the spring-summer of 2017, is very diverse - these are plastic and textile suitcases of all rainbow colors, presented in three sizes, leather and fabric backpacks, the new Touch Duck line, made of practical rubberized material in bright colors (burgundy , orange, red, pink). Next year's fashionable novelty is the transparent plastic suitcases of the Popsicle series, to which bright colored covers and portlets are attached: things are packed first in them, and then they are put into the suitcase. Convenient and very stylish, such a suitcase and its owner or owner will not go unnoticed in a crowd of tourists.

And one more “highlight” of the program is the limited version of the backpack from the cult collection of the 1977 of the year Mandarina Duck Unility, released in conjunction with the concept store 10 Corso Como (Shoes Report already wrote about this). In Moscow, journalists were presented with a white backpack model with black graphics (the effect of a hand-painted picture) in the style of 10 Corso Como, which is exclusively sold only in Milan.

The Italian design company Mandarina Duck began its history with the launch in 1977 of the first collection of bags developed by Italian designers Paolo Trento and Piero Mannato. The symbol of the new brand is a mandarin duck, whose bright plumage and endurance perfectly characterize the company's philosophy. In 2011, Mandarina Duck was acquired by Korean company E-Land. Today, the Mandarina Duck brand is represented in more than 500 points of sale around the world: about 350 points of sale in Italy, 150 in European countries, as well as a large number in China and South Korea. For the first time, the brand entered the Russian market in 1993, but later on the stores were closed. Currently, officially the company's products in Russia can only be bought through butik.ru, in 2017 it is planned to open the first single brand Mandarina Duck in Moscow.
