After the recent opening of a boutique in Tokyo and in the wake of its success in Asian countries, Manolo Blahnik hastened to open a point in another Japanese city, Osaka.
The boutique is located in the Daimaru Shinsaibashi department store, where the interior of the brand's boutique fits in well with the overall design concept of the department store.
The design concept of the Manolo Blahnik boutique is inspired by the art deco style and neo-Gothic architecture of the building itself, built in 1933 of the year and the presence of a mosaic ceiling at the entrance to the retail space.
Other features of the interior of the new Blahnik boutique are linen-studded walls, polished marble shelves and upholstery in orange and mint colors.
“The Daimaru Shinsaibashi department store is a cult place with a rich cultural heritage and history that is consonant with our brand,” says Manolo Blahnik CEO Christina Blahnik. “I am very glad that we are making a deal with the Bluebell Group, as it has already established itself as a reliable partner, opening magnificent spaces in prestigious locations, so we are already thinking about our next opening in Japan.”
