MARC Shoes GmbH changed ownership

On October 28, the founder and owner of MARC Shoes GmbH, Mr. Wilhelm Moehlmann, transferred all rights to his company to Mr. Thomas Bauernfeind, owner of Berkemann-Gruppe (Berkemann, Solidus, Vivo) and Zeulenroda.

Following the change of ownership, the strategy and philosophy of MARC Shoes GmbH, management and location remain the same.

On October 28, the founder and owner of MARC Shoes GmbH, Mr. Wolhelm Moehlmann, transferred all rights to his company to Mr. Thomas Bauernfeind.
