Obuv Rossii GK Postponed Initial Public Offering (IPO). According to Anton Titov, general director, the group of companies will not enter the stock exchange before the fall of 2014, since the market is now “in a completely negative situation” and investors have taken a break.
In October last year, the general director of the group of companies said that under favorable conditions, the placement could take place before the end of the year. It was assumed that the company would place up to 25% of the authorized capital and raise 1,5-2 billion rubles.
