On April 21, a presentation of the capsule collection of the Notmysize family shoe production and shoe designer Kim Malygin was held in the NMS store space on the territory of the new Bread Factory 9 creative cluster.
Based on the model of men's shoes, designed by Kim Malygin, in cooperation with NotMySize a batch of shoes was produced - the model was produced in 4 different colors and in three sizes from 41 to 43. Shoes at a price of 24 thousand rubles per pair are available in the NMS store.
At the presentation of the project, the chief designer of the Notmysize brand Leon Krayfish spoke about the collaboration. “I have long wanted to work with Kim Malygin, because I consider him one of the best Russian shoe designers: he thinks voluminously, works in his own style and is looking for new concepts. The difficulty is that Malygin does everything all by himself, and this is a definite restriction on the growth of his shoe enterprise. Therefore, we decided to launch a series of shoes based on one iconic designer model with a wide color palette and size range. The main task was to withstand all the technological nuances of the master in order to maintain the integrity of the image. ”
According to Kim Malygin, he chose his most popular model for the project. “The model is quite simple, and its design in the further assembly will not require the constant presence of the author,” the master explained.
The original installation of Kim Malygin in the form of a 15-liter flask with a pair of shoes embalmed in it in the interior of the NMS store has become a symbol of the transition of this model to mass production.
