The competition "Capital of quality - the client votes!" Is being held in Novosibirsk.
The organizers emphasize that an event of this scale is being held in the region for the first time. The competition will allow the residents of Novosibirsk to evaluate the quality of service in the city's establishments and to choose companies that are focused on a high class of service and maximum care for their customers. The competition is aimed at developing the quality of service in the region and will have a positive effect on the development of the retail sector, in particular, and on the quality of life of citizens, in general, the organizers believe.
The main nomination of the contest is “Best Service - Customer Votes”, additional ones - “Customer Recommends”, “Best Offer to Customer”, “Most Comfortable City Store”, “Best Consulting”.
The competition is attended by shoe chains, clothing stores, children's goods, grocery stores and coffee houses.
More than 30 network trade and food service organizations representing 47 trade brands have submitted applications for participation in the contest.
Representatives of Novosibirsk footwear retail were among the first to decide to participate in the “Capital of Quality” competition. Among them - "Rossita", "Askania", "Monroe", "Trace", "Anika", Lisette, "Kors", "Westfalica", "Under the Heel", Respect.
The competition website is voting for the best shoe chain in Novosibirsk. So far, AniKa stores (33%) and the country of footwear “Askania” (33%) are leading in it. The Rossita shoe shops, Lisette, Respect and Kors salons each got 17% of the vote. The rest of the participants in the open voting in the shoe segment are still ignored by residents of Novosibirsk.
The organizing committee of the contest, partners of the “Capital of Quality” and residents of Novosibirsk invite shoe retail chains of the city that have not yet announced their participation, join their colleagues in the workshop and argue for the title of the best!
The competition started back in March 2011, and was organized by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Entrepreneurship Development of the Novosibirsk Region together with the consulting companies Kraskovski and Practic.um. The main experts in the competition will be buyers. The second stage of the competition was held in April. Volunteers of the competition (senior students of NSTU) underwent specialized training to conduct customer surveys. In addition to customer surveys, service standards of participating companies are evaluated by the expert council of the competition, which determines the most professional approaches in organizing a quality service system.
