A new trade and exhibition center "Lotos-City" will be built in Moscow. The construction of the complex near the village of Kommunarka (part of the "new Moscow") is estimated at $ 2,5 billion. The total area of the complex should be about 1,5 million square meters. m.
The complex will include retail premises, as well as warehouses, office centers, hotels and hostels for employees. It is assumed that part of the space is rented by entrepreneurs from China who worked on the Cherkizovsky market.
