In February, OR Group's unaudited revenue, which includes revenues from the main activities of the holding (wholesales, development of the westfalika.ru trading platform and activities for issuing credit loans), decreased by 32% compared to January 2021, to 551 million rubles.
The wholesale direction showed negative dynamics, the wholesale turnover in February 2021 amounted to 89 million rubles, compared to 332 million rubles received a month earlier. According to the group's press release, the decline in wholesale sales in February 2021 is due to the seasonality of the fashion business, since the main wholesale shipments are footwear and related products, February is traditionally a weak month for OR GROUP. In addition, demand from the group's wholesale partners has not yet recovered, which has decreased due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Income from the issuance of credit loans also decreased to 188 million rubles compared to 218 million rubles in January 2021. At the same time, growth is noted in terms of income from the development of the westfalika.ru trading platform, the platform's revenue in February amounted to 274 million rubles compared to 266 million rubles in January 2021.
It is noted that in February 2021 the company sold more than 280 thousand partner goods. At the end of February 2021, the share of online sales in the revenue of the Westfalika trading platform increased to 28,6%, compared to 16,6% in February 2020; online sales reached RUB 78 million.
Despite the decrease in the group's unaudited revenue, the turnover or gross value of OR Group goods, which includes the total value of goods and orders processed by the OR GROUP trading platform, as well as VAT, installment fees, service turnover and other commission income, showed an increase in February 2021 - 22% and amounted to 893 million rubles.
