Russian Post Introduces Home Delivery Service

Russian Post has introduced a home delivery service for small parcels weighing up to 2 kg. It is available in all regions of the country and costs 100 rubles.

“For convenience and safety, the service is issued upon a call from the post office to the recipient's number indicated in the shipment. You can arrange home delivery yourself - by calling the number indicated in the notice, ”the press service of the national postal operator said. The parcel will be delivered to the recipient at the time agreed with him at the address indicated on the shipment, upon presentation of an identity document. If the postman does not find the client on the spot, the parcel will need to be received at the post office.
