Against the backdrop of an increase in the incidence of Covid-19, there is an uncharacteristic decline in attendance in the capital's shopping centers, uncharacteristic for autumn. According to the managerits partner Vanchugov and Partners, a new rise in the incidence in October 2021 led to a 20% drop in traffic in the capital's shopping centers compared to the data for September 2021, writes Kommersant.
At the same time, commercial real estate market experts note that shopping center managers do not provide additional discounts to tenants. Rental rates in shopping centers have already recovered to the level of 2019. At the same time, the attendance of the capital's shopping centers is at the level of 90% of the pre-crisis values.
