According to a study by the Rabota.ru service, about 39% of Russian companies believe that they will not survive in the event of the introduction of repeated strict restrictive measures due to the spread of the coronavirus, - writes RBC.
Rabota.Ru conducted a corresponding survey in September in all regions of Russia. In total, more than 1 respondents from among company leaders and HR specialists took part in the survey.
23% of Russian companies consider themselves ready to repeat quarantine. About 38% of survey participants said that if the lockdown repeats, they will have to cut staff and cut the salaries of their employees. About 57% of the respondents transferred their employees to remote work, 18% kept the work of the state in the previous mode.
Of those who transferred employees to a remote location during the quarantine period, only 8% of companies retained the remote mode of work even after the restrictions were lifted. Employees 15% of those surveyed alternate between working online and offline. Roughly 49% of respondents returned their employees to their offices. Approximately 81% find remote work inconvenient. At the same time, 17% noted that remote work issues are resolved faster.
