Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin continues to take radical measures to improve the transport situation in the capital. According to RBC daily, the mayor stopped the construction of shopping malls in the Central Administrative District of the capital.

It is worth noting that the preparation of documents for the construction of shopping complexes in the Central Administrative District was stopped by Yuri Luzhkov back in the 2008 year.
