Fines for the lack of online cash desks will try to avoid

Entrepreneurs who have concluded an agreement on the supply of online cash registers, but do not have time to connect new equipment by July 1, are likely to be able to avoid penalties from the Federal Tax Service (FTS), writes Retail.ru.

This was announced in particular by the head of the Federal Tax Service, Mikhail Mishustin, in his speech at the conference "Online booking offices - new retail opportunities." In the settlements located far from the center, new cash desks may not appear within the time period established by law due to the complexity of logistics. However, in order to avoid a fine, retailers must indicate their intentions to follow the law and enter into an agreement with a supplier of new equipment.

From July 1, 2017, most retailers should switch to a new procedure for working with CCV. The timing of the transition to the box office of the new sample will not be postponed.
