The Tsentrobuv company, which develops the Tsentrobuv and Centro shoe chains, has entered into a five-year lease agreement for a warehouse with an area of ​​over 9800 sq. m in the warehouse complex of class A "Pyshma" of the company "Eurasia Logistic" in Yekaterinburg.

"Pyshma" with a total area of ​​286 sq. m is located 000 km from Yekaterinburg and includes warehouse, office space, and a mezzanine.

According to the deal's consultants at Knight Frank, Tsentrobuv rented a warehouse in order to further expand its network of stores. Pyshma suited the retailer due to its advantageous location and compliance with class A.

In addition, "Tsentrobuv" occupied the last block of class A premises in Yekaterinburg, there are no more similar areas in the city, retailer.ru reports.

The company "Tsentrobuv" began its activity in 1992, today it is the largest chain operator in Russia in the field of shoe retail.

Tsentrobuv develops two complementary directions: family shops Tsentrobuv and youth shops Centro of fast-fashion format. As of June 2012, the group's retail network includes over 900 stores and covers more than 300 cities in Russia.

In the INFOLine & Retailer Russia TOP-100 rating, Tsentrobuv ranks 22nd with revenue at the end of 2011 of RUB 29,3 billion. without VAT.
